Fight the Good Fight of Faith

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Hebrews 11:1

Many times in life, our faith gets tested. Circumstances seems to drown us and we don’t know where to go. God calls us to stand before Him in faith. To speak His Word only so that He can move into our circumstances and do what only He can do.

I have learned that there is a court in Heaven more real than any court here on earth.  A court where our case is brought before God and the battle is fought for the desired outcome.  A battle where the only “evidence” that you need to win, is your faith. 

The prosecuting attorney is Satan. Standing by to break you and create in your heart and mind, reasonable doubt why you are doomed to fail. His assignment for you is to give up and not trust your “evidence” (the Word of God). His is the father of all lies and out to condemn you.

The Defense attorney is Jesus Christ, Son of God. He has already defeated Satan and He will hold you together through your trials and tribulations, if only, you trust Him and confess His Word. He will not let you fall and will give you the strength that you need. Have faith in your Defender and believe in Him. Stand up with Jesus Christ next to you and know the Words He is telling you. Lay down your “evidence” before the Judge. 

Only you can stand up and tell the Judge what you choose to believe based on His Word. Regardless what circumstances the enemy might come up with.

In Hebrews 11:6 it is written. “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.”

Stand before God in faith. Lay your “evidence” down before Him in faith. Don’t look at things the way that they are in the natural world but look at things the way it should be according to God’s Word. Remind the Judge of His Promises and His Laws and claim them in the court of Heaven. 

Jesus said in Matthew 18:18 "Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Trust in the Word of God. Be bold and courageous before the Greatest Judge of All. Stand firm with Jesus Christ beside you.

God is Good and Just. He will rule in your favor if you keep the faith and trust Him with all your heart, no matter what. Fight the good fight of faith!
